The Beaver Full Supermoon Retreat

On Sunday, November 2nd, we gather for a sacred five-hour immersion in preparation for the Beave Full Supermoon — the first of two consecutive Supermoons illuminating November 2025. This lunar event, rich with spiritual symbolism, honors the industrious and wise nature of the beaver: a time of preparation, completion, and grounding before the stillness of winter. The Beaver Moon invites us to celebrate our accomplishments, strengthen our foundations, and tend to the inner structures that support our emotional and spiritual well-being. It reminds us that just as beavers build their lodges for the cold months ahead, we too are called to create safety, warmth, and intention within our own lives.

During this transformative retreat, we will move through a carefully curated flow of breath, movement, reflection, and ceremony designed to support inner renewal. The day opens with grounding and intention setting, where we cleanse, connect, and attune to the energy of the approaching Full Moon. Through guided meditation and group invocation, we honor the cycles of nature and our own rhythms of completion. Participants are invited to share reflections on what they are ready to release or complete before entering a new lunar phase, aligning heart and intention with the wisdom of this season.

Our somatic practice, “Building the Lodge,” blends gentle yoga and eurythmy-inspired movement to embody stability, grounding, and preparation. Through breathwork and visualization, we build our energetic “inner home” — a safe space of resilience and balance to carry us through the darker months ahead. The movement practice flows naturally into a reflective workshop centered on harvest and completion, where guided journaling prompts help participants explore what is ready to be released, what is asking to be fortified, and how to sustain emotional warmth when external resources grow scarce. Together, we’ll create nature-based mandalas, using leaves, stones, and branches to symbolize the structures we are building within and around ourselves.

Following this creative integration, guests will enjoy a period of silent reflection and nourishment with a seasonal meal and herbal tea ritual designed to ground the body and calm the spirit. As we share in this mindful pause, music and nature will hold space for quiet contemplation before we enter into ceremony.

The heart of the retreat unfolds with the Full Moon Alchemy Ritual — a sacred space for release and renewal. Here, we honor the lunar cycle through a ceremony of letting go, writing down what we are ready to complete and offering it to the elements through burning or burial. Sound healing, with crystal bowls and gentle percussion, deepens this experience, guiding participants into a meditative state where Reiki and energy work can flow freely. This immersive ritual allows emotional and energetic clearing, leaving space for clarity, gratitude, and peace.

We close our time together in circle, sharing reflections, affirmations, and blessings. Through sound, breath, and heart resonance, we anchor the energy of the day and send one another forth with renewed focus and grounded serenity. Each participant departs with a take-home affirmation card or crystal — a symbol of inner strength and lunar guidance to carry into the weeks ahead.
